    • Shipping

      All digital files (unless they’re customs) will be received within 1 hour of payment confirmation.
      All physical products made by me will have a 10-14 business day TAT.
      All preorders will ship out according to the specific items description.

    • Returns

      Digitals- Refunds will not be given due to the nature of the product.
      Physical products- you will have 3 days upon receiving the item to inspect it for any errors or issues. If there are any issues you find within that 3 day window, you can send the item back (I’ll send a return label). I will then issue a refund as soon as I receive the item back into my possession. If it is an error not caused by me but by improper washing/drying, no refund will be given.
