Refund policy
There are no refunds on digital products.Â
Returns and refunds will be permitted on all physical items if there was an error on my part such as size, wrong image, etc. This will need to be addressed within 48 hours of receiving your order. After 48 hours, returns will not be accepted and a refund will not be given. In the case of a return, I will supply a paid return label for you to return it to me. A refund will be given once I see the package has moved to come back to me.
There will be no refunds or returns on any items that are custom such as items with names, logos, etc. I will email you a proof of your custom before sending it to the printer.Â
All orders are shipped with $100 insurance. If for some reason your package is lost or damaged, please let me know and I will start the claims process.Â
Be sure to make sure your address is correct before paying your invoice. If wrong address is given at checkout or you forgot to change it, please let me know so I can watch the shipping for it to come back to me. As soon as it arrives in my possession, I will repackage and invoice for additional shipping to reship to the correct address. Please be aware, your order will not be reshipped until shipping invoice has been paid.Â
